Meet Your Team

David started his career out in a merchants’ yard before moving onto a national merchant to work as a member of the counter staff. He quickly progressed to assistant manager and not long after, he was running a branch of his own.

Before joining MKM, David was managing two branches for another national so knows what it takes to run successful branches. He is very enthusiastic about working at MKM, as himself and Paul have put together a great team that are second to none.

Outside of work he plays guitar and lures fish regularly.

Paul started out in the industry as an apprentice, he then worked his way up to branch manager level at another national merchant around the Midlands area. He is very excited about their branch and is looking forward to himself and David being able to make all the decisions.

Outside of work, Paul is a keen baker. He has taught scouts and other baking clubs and has even ran a bread baking course. He has also competed in Strongman competitions.

Rebecca has joined MKM Leamington with huge amounts of knowledge having been a kitchen designer for 15 years. She is looking forward to fresh challenges at MKM and is also looking forward to being part of the making our new branch successful.

In her spare time, Rebecca is an avid Wigan Warriors supporter. She tries to go to as many games as possible, home and away.

Luke has worked in the builders’ merchant industry since he left school and now has over 10 years’ worth of experience. He supports Coventry City and also Wasps.

Russell is our plumbing and heating expert, holding significant technical expertise in all areas of the trade from small jobs to commercial development. He brings over 25 years' industry experience to the team. Russell is passionate about delivering customer service excellence and is keen to welcome customers old and new to the MKM business.
